Your Role in Our Journey:
Prepare chemical solutions, biological media, food and beverage prototypes, and experimental formulations in support of research and development activities.
Conduct microbiological research involving the cultivation, handling, and analysis of bacterial, yeast, and mold species.
Perform laboratory testing and analytical procedures, collect and analyze experimental data, and prepare technical reports and summaries.
Independently manage assigned research projects, including planning, execution, documentation, and reporting of results.
Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation to ensure reliable performance and accurate results.
Prepare, package, document, and coordinate the shipment of client and research samples while maintaining accurate tracking and inventory records.
Maintain laboratory operations through equipment maintenance, sterilization, inventory management, workspace organization, and compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to support research initiatives, solve technical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Your Technical Toolkit:
Accurate pipetting, measuring, and weighing techniques
Basic laboratory techniques and procedures
Knowledge of chemistry, microbiology, and food science principles
Understanding of aseptic techniques and contamination control
Ability to interpret and follow technical protocols and SOPs
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills for laboratory testing
Ability to accurately record, organize, and interpret data
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation
Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and quality standards
Understanding of sample handling, labeling, and shipping requirements
Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, and reporting

Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Biology or a related field
