Your Role in Our Journey:

  • Prepare chemical solutions, biological media, food and beverage prototypes, and experimental formulations in support of research and development activities.

  • Conduct microbiological research involving the cultivation, handling, and analysis of bacterial, yeast, and mold species.

  • Perform laboratory testing and analytical procedures, collect and analyze experimental data, and prepare technical reports and summaries.

  • Independently manage assigned research projects, including planning, execution, documentation, and reporting of results.

  • Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation to ensure reliable performance and accurate results.

  • Prepare, package, document, and coordinate the shipment of client and research samples while maintaining accurate tracking and inventory records.

  • Maintain laboratory operations through equipment maintenance, sterilization, inventory management, workspace organization, and compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support research initiatives, solve technical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Your Technical Toolkit:

  • Accurate pipetting, measuring, and weighing techniques

  • Basic laboratory techniques and procedures

  • Knowledge of chemistry, microbiology, and food science principles

  • Understanding of aseptic techniques and contamination control

  • Ability to interpret and follow technical protocols and SOPs

  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills for laboratory testing

  • Ability to accurately record, organize, and interpret data

  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation

  • Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and quality standards

  • Understanding of sample handling, labeling, and shipping requirements

  • Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, and reporting

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Biology or a related field
