CHINOVA BIOWORKS INC. — ANTI-SPAM POLICY

Effective August 2026

Chinova Bioworks Inc. prohibits the advertising or promotion of chinovabioworks.com, or any Chinova Bioworks product, service or brand, through unsolicited electronic messages.

Scope

This policy binds Chinova Bioworks employees, officers and contractors, and any agency, affiliate, reseller, distributor or other third party acting on behalf of Chinova Bioworks or promoting its products.

Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited without exception:

- Sending commercial electronic messages to recipients who have not given express or implied consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) or the applicable law of the recipient's jurisdiction.
- Purchasing, renting, scraping or otherwise acquiring email addresses from third-party sources for the purpose of unsolicited outreach.
- Sending commercial email without a functioning unsubscribe mechanism, a valid physical postal address, and accurate sender identification.
- Concealing or misrepresenting the sender's identity, or using deceptive subject lines or header information.
- Continuing to contact any recipient who has requested removal.
- Using Chinova Bioworks domains, brands or product names in any message that violates this policy.

Consent and record-keeping

Commercial electronic messages are sent only where express or implied consent exists and is documented on a per-recipient basis. Consent records are retained and available for audit.

Unsubscribe

Every commercial electronic message includes a clear and functioning unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests are honoured promptly and recipients are added to a permanent suppression list applied across all
campaigns and all sending domains.

Third parties

Agencies and other third parties conducting outreach on behalf of Chinova Bioworks must comply with this policy as a condition of engagement. Chinova Bioworks reserves the right to audit third-party sending practices
and to terminate any engagement for non-compliance.

Sending infrastructure

Prospecting and marketing outreach is conducted only from dedicated sending domains and is not permitted from the chinovabioworks.com primary corporate domain.

Reporting

Report any message you believe violates this policy to info@chinovabioworks.com. Reports are investigated and the sender's access to Chinova Bioworks branding and domains suspended pending review.
